HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PUT A VIRTUAL EVENT ONLINE?

Timelines will vary depending on your project. We are able to give you access to your platform 48 hours after the agreement is signed. However, if we consider the promotion of the event, the sale of virtual kiosks, and the selection of speakers you can count on 6 to 8 weeks on average.

What technical support do you offer?

We can support you before, during and after the event. You will choose the type of support you want.

IS YOUR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES?

Yes. Currently, our software is available in French and English.

Is it complicated to create a virtual kiosk?

No, it’s not complicated to create a virtual booth. On average, exhibitors take 3o to 60 minutes to complete their virtual booth. We also have an instruction manual and videos to help you complete your virtual booth. We also offer training webinars.

HOW LONG ARE THE MEETINGS IN SPEED-JOBBING?

The length of the meetings depends on the number of candidates to meet, your objectives and your resources. Each project is personalized.

Normally, clients schedule 10-minute meetings. You can schedule 12 – 15 – 20 minutes. You decide.

Virtual Community

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A VIRTUAL EVENT ONLINE?

Depending on the project, we are able to give you access to your platform 10 days after the agreement is signed.

Timelines will vary depending on your project.

HOW MANY VIRTUAL ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR EVENTS?

You can have as many virtual rooms as you want.

WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF YOUR VIRTUAL ROOMS?

Our virtual rooms include several functionalities such as Sharing screen, video, PDF documents, the possibility for participants to raise their hands, you can create surveys, use emojis, participants can ask questions via chat, etc.

CAN WE SCHEDULE NETWORKING MEETINGS?

Yes, you can schedule networking meetings. You can do this either through the virtual rooms and/or through express meetings.

Services

DO YOU OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT DURING YOUR EVENTS?

Yes, we can. Depending on the option you choose. You can receive technical support by email or someone is available in the virtual room during your event.

If you ever need technical support during the event we are able to assist you.

DO YOU OFFER TRAININGS TO PARTICIPANTS?

By working with us, you will have access to training manuals, and training videos and we organize, according to the agreements, training webinars.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR TURNKEY SERVICE OFFERING?

Our turnkey service includes complete support of your project. From start to finish.

We have been working in virtual events since 2012. We have organized several virtual events (Career Expo, Virtual Conferences, Virtual Fairs, Career Day, etc.). Our working methods allow you to follow the progress of the project every day.

Currently, our servers are located in Canada. If necessary, we can move our servers to Europe or elsewhere in the world.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO BECOMING A BUSINESS PARTNER?

First, you must fill out the form. We will then schedule a meeting to get to know you and explain our working methods. If we agree on the objectives and the means to achieve the objectives, we will sign an agreement

WHAT DOES A BUSINESS PARTNER MEAN?

A Business Partner is an agency, company or organization that manages multiple events. The Business Partner uses our platform to put these virtual events online.

HOW MANY VIRTUAL EVENTS DO I NEED TO ORGANIZE?

You must organize a minimum of 4 virtual events per year.

CAN I CANCEL MY AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME?

Yes. However, if your initial commitment is not fulfilled, you will not be able to benefit from your discounts.
