Overview of the event
Our client, an educational institution, used our SVI platform to organize a virtual Internship and Job Fair. The purpose was to provide an opportunity for students to connect with recruiters and apply for internships and jobs directly. Employers could host students in their virtual booth with their logo, job listings, videos, images, virtual rooms, and a chat window.
On the platform, students could search for internships and job offers through the search filter and applies directly from the SVI platform. A total of 459 participants visited the Internship and Job Fair!
Our mandat
Our mandate was to organize the event and oversee its management. We were responsible for customizing the SVI platform to match the client’s image, logo, and colour schemes.
Additionally, we provided training to employers on how to personalize their virtual booths. These training sessions also covered instructions on how to use the platform and conducted a simulation of chat conversations with our team.
The results
Over 100 employers participated in the event and had 750 job and internship openings to fill. About 460 students visited the Virtual Lounge. Several meetings took place during the day of the chat.
Employers were able to view the resumes of students while chatting with them through the visitor module. Employers could also see the number of people who visited their virtual booth.
